I am in network and accept United Health Care/Optum, Multiplan, UMR, Cigna, Aetna, Cofinity, GEHA, Compsych, Beacon Health Options, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network and Ulliance EAP. With all other insurance carriers, I am considered an "out of network" provider.
"Out of network" means that I do not have an established relationship with that insurance carrier and they may or may not reimburse you with a receipt of services submitted to them after you pay the upfront hourly rate out of pocket. I can provide you a receipt as an itemized statement at the end of our session(s) for reimbursement if needed for submission.
Acceptable forms of payment are Check, Credit/Debit card, and HSA accounts.
I recommend checking with your insurance company for what your benefits for "out of network" or if behavioral health benefits qualify for reimbursement or coverage, as policies vary. This includes checking for limits on sessions per calendar year, deductible, or if a pre-authorization is needed for sessions.
