Alongside this understanding, we will work on skills and tools to help you navigate these feelings or stressors in the future. My goal, regardless of the reasoning for our initial conversation, is to have you feeling empowered to find your way on your own, using those very skills and the understanding we came to, well after we have discontinued our meetings.

I am here as a compassionate listening ear to support you and aid with identifying the underlying origins of your stressors via questioning and therapeutic interventions. Ultimately, to reach your success, is to ignite understanding and your own strength to reach empowerment. Whether it is to manage anxiety, decrease negative self talk or to process negative emotional interactions with past events, family or trauma, I trust that together, we can create change.
